Bahamas 2011

Well, I had my doubts about taking 3 small children with us to another country for vacation, but we all did surprisingly well! We only has a couple meltdowns which was to be expected seeing as we had the kids up early in the morning, went non-stop all day, no naps and late bedtimes. We went with another family which might have contributed to all the good behavior because Junior and Gaga both had someone to play with. Junior and C played so well together. And likewise, Gaga played so well with K. It gave all the adults plenty of time to talk which made for a nice trip. We went to the beach one day to dig in the sand and play in the water. Daddy would have loved to go back a few more times since he loves the beach, but I was glad we didn't. I enjoy pool water much more. Baby boy just went along for the ride wherever we went. He ate, slept and if he was awake would splash around in the water. Despite a few hiccups with the hotel billing while we were there, overall we had a wonderful time! Thanks to the B family for allowing us to come with them.
